Enrollment, Monthly Tuition, Absenses & Withdrawal
Upon enrollment, one month’s deposit is due in order to hold the space. This deposit is non- refundable. This entire deposit is for the last month the child is at the center. No refunds will be given.
Tuition is to be paid on a monthly basis. It is to be paid on the first day of the month. If the child attends the center part time only, tuition is to be paid on the first day of the month that the child is at the center.
No tuition credit is given for absences. Full tuition is due regardless of how many days the child is at the center during any given week. (Holidays, illnesses, vacations other than the one week per year, etc…).
The Learning Zone requires written notice one month prior to a child’s departure from the center. This notice must be received on the first day of the month. Should you give notice after that date, the notice will be post-dated to the following month. The last month’s tuition will be taken out of the deposit. Any parent withdrawing a child without proper notice will be subject to loss of deposit.
